For producing better machines and giving customers best proposals, we will visit you for on-the-spot investigation & hearing.

We will give you the best plan which meets customers’ needs and requests based on the meeting. We will also give you some plans of various optional devises which we originally developed.

After confirming the contract of a quotation and specification and then receiving the order, we will actually start to design and produce.

We will make a detailed design based on the basic planning of the quotation. We will also confirm it by the design in the meeting halfway. We will design and produce one by one in detail by the method of custom made where your design matches your dies, plugs and specification.

After producing the whole frame of a machine, we will check the image with you each other. On this level we could change and rearrange a little up on your request.

We will do a trial test using your own material and drawing oil and then if we need any correction, we correct it and after that we will ship to you.
As for some machines which need the foundation, we may not do a trial test in-house.

We will take the machine apart and ship after you give us OK sign for shipping.
Normally we design parts divided for a machine which can be in the 10 tons vehicle.
Normally we only guide the installation on the spot.

After completing installation, we will do the final adjustment for operation including guiding instruction such as the actual operation and maintenance.

After completing the final adjustment, then we hand over the machine and submit the final drawing, then the acceptance will be completed.　The term of guarantee is 1 year.
