The methods of Draw Bench are divided into 2 types now. As for dual type, there are 4 types all together including our original Sloped Dual type (the patent acquired) and Horizontal Dual type (the patent acquired).

	The single type has been used for a long time and could also be called “Hacker type”. After chucking the head of the mother tube by a carriage, the machine connects the endless chains rolling towards drawing under the carriage with a hook then it is drawn. After completing drawing, it will be resumed by another motor.

	The carriage is connected on a parallel with 2 endless chains of its both sides. The forward/reverse rotation of the chain makes the carriage reciprocate. At that time the engaging centre of the chuck of the carriage and die’s cylindroids are on the same line and even they are on the side including 2 endless chains so that the machine could draw the mother tube straight and it won’t take any unusual torque load. After finishing drawing, the chuck is automatically parted then the material should be dropped from its 2 parallel chains.

	The Dual type in the past could not save big space and complication for a machine. It also resulted in increasing production costs and included some room to improve on the point of operation efficiency. Then we keep the accuracy of travelling straight as well as one of dual type by sloping the drawing center line together with making a finished product after drawing parallel-travel easily. As the result it became possible to use the column material (square steel pipes) for the bed and it successfully became stronger. At the same time a linear guide could be attachable and it has higher accuracy of travelling straight. We utilize the original torque absorbing system which has all in one structure in a machine including its reducer. So that we do not rely on the ordinary concrete base and it becomes possible to do the foundation work simpler by the single structure in a machine with multiple functions, which has connecting 5 sides machine processing. Through it the accuracy of travelling straight of a product increases, it saves space for setting a reducer, reduces construction for installation, and improves some problems of draw benches in the past.

	The Horizontal Dual type as well as the Dual type has a drawing centre and chain centre on the same line and surely loads and lifts up from the upper side by the work lamp. In addition, we renovated the work flow in the past, where it became all automatic for loading a product, inserting into the core, drawing and lifting up. First, load a mother tube in the position of drawing by the work lamp. Then insert the mother tube into the core by the carriage. In that time the die plate goes up and down and the die plate travels to the position of inserting the core. After inserting, the dice plate returns to the position of die drawing. After drawing, lift up the product by the work lamp. The Sloped Dual type Draw Bench is useful for half automation including an operator. The Horizontal Dual type Draw Bench is useful for all automation. In case of utilizing the all automation, you need a facility of loading a mother tube additionally.
